SPORTS PACKAGE
The training program includes:
✔ Special training program;
✔ Two padel tennis trainings a day with Beach Box Camps coaches team;
✔ Theoretical lecture;
✔ Padel courts, balls and inventory;
✔ Camp shirt and surprise prizes from sponsors;
✔ Tournaments in between the trainings;
✔ Final tournament.
*please note that by purchasing only sports package (without accommodation) you won’t be able to participate in activities that takes place at the hotel!
ACCOMODATION

Hotel Access & Participation in Activities
- Only participants who have booked the full camp package (including accommodation in Sol Palmanova hotel) are permitted to enter the hotel premises and take part in activities held within the hotel.
- Participants who have selected the sports package only (without accommodation in Sol Palmanova hotel) will not have access to hotel facilities or any events taking place inside the hotel.
Room Options – Double or Single?
When booking your stay, you can choose between Double or Single room occupancy. Which one is right for you?
- Double Room Occupancy → Ideal if you want to save money and meet new friends! You will share your room with another same-gender camp participant. If you’re coming with a friend, simply mention their name in the comments section during registration, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- Single Room Occupancy → Perfect if you prefer privacy and want a room to yourself. However, please note the special hotel rules that apply to single rooms:
Single Room Occupancy Policy
- Participants who book a single occupancy room are the only individuals permitted to stay in that room.
- Any additional guest must be officially registered and paid for at the reception before their stay.
- Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of the primary guest, as unauthorized stays breach hotel security regulations and legal requirements for guest registration.
- In the event of an eviction, no refunds will be issued for any unused nights.
*These regulations are established and enforced by the hotel and local accommodation laws. Beach Box Camps is required to comply with these policies.

October 3rd – arrival at the hotel, check-in starting from 14:00
October 4th – camp opening at 10:30
October 4th-12th – the camp and evening activities
October 13th – check-out from the hotel until 12:00
After you have completed and sent the application form, you will receive an e-mail with reservation confirmation, that is followed by camp contract and invoice that must be paid.
You can make the whole payment at once or by instalments (by paying in a deposit). Please note that only receiving a deposit or the whole payment for camp guarantees you a place in the camp. Deposit must be paid within 10 days from the day the application is sent. When paying the deposit, the remaining amount must be paid latest 1 month before departure. Deposit shall not be repaid.
CAMP CANCELLATION FLEX
Cancellation Flex Option – €70
Add extra flexibility to your booking.
With our Cancellation Flex Option, you may cancel your participation for any reason up to 30 days before the camp start date and receive a full refund of your camp payment.

After the 30-day deadline, the standard cancellation policy applies.
This option must be added at the time of booking and cannot be purchased later.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We offer to add insurance policy to your trip with Beach Box Camps.
Travel insurance:
- High Risk insurance – (36,95 €) medical risk coverage during the time of the camp, including padel tennis as high risk activity. Includes travel changes, luggage insurance.
- Basic insurance – (16,59 €) medical risk coverage during the time of the camp (available for Travel Companion package). Includes travel changes, luggage insurance.
*Please note, the insurance can be provided only for citizens of EU and CIS countries!
The pricing is valid for time period 03.-13.10.2026. Please inform us, if you need to add dates before/after the camp for your travel.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the camp's official language?
All camp activities and trainings are conducted in English.
Can I participate in the camp if I'm a beginner?
Any level of player is welcome to attend the camp. In the first day of the camp, we split groups by equal levels.
If I don't have a partner, may I participate alone?
You can, indeed. You’ll be placed in a training group with participants who are on the same level as you. Don’t worry about accommodation – if you want to choose double or triple room, we will accommodate you with the same gender camp participant.
Can I still reserve a double room if I'm traveling alone?
Yes, you can
If I travel alone, who will share my room in a double room?
With another solo traveller of the same gender, roughly the same age.
Where are other participants mostly from?
We are one of the most international camps you will find. Participants coming from all over the world. For example, our annual biggest camp in Mallorca usually brings together people from 30-40 different countries.
