Camp Cancellation Flex: Add extra flexibility to your booking.

With our Cancellation Flex Option, you may cancel your participation for any reason up to 30 days before the camp start date and receive a full refund of your camp payment.

✔ No cancellation fees
✔ Valid until 30 days before camp start

After the 30-day deadline, the standard cancellation policy applies.

This option must be added at the time of booking and cannot be purchased later.

Travel insurance:

• High Risk insurance – (26,20 €) medical risk coverage during the time of the camp, including beach volleyball as high risk activity. Includes travel changes, luggage insurance.
• Basic insurance – (12,33 €) medical risk coverage during the time of the camp (available for Travel Companion package). Includes travel changes, luggage insurance.
